RETURN POLICY:

At Klutch Handbags we realize that you, our customer, are the reason we get to do what we do! Because of this, it is imperative that you are happy with your purchase. We accept returns within 30 days for full refund or for even exchange on other inventory (less shipping + Tax). If  there is an issue with your bag we will handle the return shipping no questions asked. If you decide to exchange or return your Klutch shipping both to and from our warehouse will be the customer’s responsibility. ABOUT USPS SHIPPING:

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected. *Your order will be received within 2-5 business days from the date it was shipped. Orders generally take up to 3 business days to process once received. Standard Shipping is limited to the 48 contiguous United States.
